Rules & Regulation

1. Students are required to wear socks.

2. Toys and food are not allowed to be brought into classroom ( except drinking water).

3. Parents are not allowed to accompany their children inside the classroom at every lesson.

4. A special fee of RM150.00, which covers miscellaneous and material costs, it to be submitted once only.

5. As a form of encouragement, we would give away flash cards to every student who is able to read all the words correctly at the end of each respective level (max. 5 sets for each family, i.e. A~E cards).

6. Fees must be timely paid by the 1st week of every month.

7. Deposit and fees paid are neither refundable nor transferable.

8. To terminate courses, at least one month's notice in advance must be given, or one month's fee paid in lieu.

9. Students are advised to attend classes regulary as any lesson missed will not be replaced.

10. No lesson will be conducted on public holidays or centre's term holidays.

11. The centre reserves the right to combine, transfer or dissolve a class.
